ITALIAN BAGS purchased Goods shall be returned and/or exchanged in accordance with Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as with the "Retail Trade Rules" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No.738 of 22 July 2014.

In order to return the quality Product(s), the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by e-mail) and fill in the Return Form, which can be found at www.italianbags.lt under "Return Form". If the Buyer has used the option of collecting the Goods at the ITALIAN BAGS Show Room when purchasing the Goods, the Buyer may deliver the returned Goods to the same location by calling +370 (666) 86 671 and arranging the planned arrival in advance.

The Buyer shall have the right to return the Goods, which are in good appearance and/or packaging, within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the Goods, by informing the Seller in writing.

The Seller shall have the right to refuse to accept Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to the cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer shall ensure that the quality and packaging of the returned Goods remain unchanged.

The Seller shall have the right to refuse to accept the Buyer's return or exchange of the Goods in the cases provided for in Clause 58 hereof, as well as if it is found that the Goods are damaged, the labels have been removed and/or damaged, the protective film has been torn off, the packaging has been damaged, etc. and/or the Goods have been used.

If the right of return is exercised, the costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Seller shall not be liable for any deterioration in the quality of the Goods if the Buyer or the persons to whom the Buyer has handed over the Goods have used them for purposes other than those for which such Goods are normally used, have failed to comply with the requirements set out in the instructions, or have infringed the carriage of the Goods, storage, use and/or warehousing rules, as well as if visible defects in the packaging and other external defects of the Goods, not discussed in writing at the time of the transfer of the Goods, or deterioration in the quality of the Goods are due to the actions of the Buyer or other persons to whom the Buyer has transferred the Goods.

In all cases, money for returned Goods shall be transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account within 14 days from the time of collection of the returned Goods.
